Children’s Bootcamps and workshops.

Warriors on Waste bootcamps are holiday clubs for children aged 5 and over where we learn to upcycle and take better or the planet.

Your children are the future.

Let’s give them the tools to lead our world in the right direction.

I believe that education is not limited to academics. Part of learning and growing is knowing about our planet, and how to live sustainably. Children will be inspired to think about sustainability and reducing their carbon foot-print, creatively reusing, and repurposing trash to treasure.

Warriors on Waste also runs Build a Base in the Woods Days where Children can see why we call it ‘the great outdoors’ a creative and educational programme to teach children to leave a positive trace.

Children will learn how to be change-makers, acquire new skills and confidence, and make new friendships.

Warriors on Waste has a packed programme of events and I look forward to seeing you all. Please book on Eventbrite to avoid disappointment, if you do have any questions or need more information do not hesitate to get in touch.

COVID - 19 considerations

These are undoubtedly difficult times but Warriors on Waste takes very seriously the care and safety of your children whilst appreciating that a return to normality and social interaction is very much what our children need to thrive and be happy.

Taking into consideration current Government Guidance each Bootcamp will operate with reduced numbers we will have a maxim of 6 children per session to allow for social distancing but as always most of our activities will be done in the fresh air.

All Warriors will be encouraged to wash their hands on a regular basis throughout the day and use the hand sanitizer and I will be cleaning the workshop and sanitising all tools between bootcamps.

Children will bring their own packed lunches and drinks and these will be eaten outside in the designated picnic area socially distanced.

Families and staff will be asked to perform basic COVID-19 screening every day before checking into camp.
